Quartz Kitchen Worktops

Quartz kitchen worktops come with a variety of advantages and benefits. As a manufactured stone that is available in countless colours and patterns, it presents a lot of design versatility, making it easy to match your worktop to your kitchen decor.

With its solid finish and a depth that can’t be replicated by natural stone slabs, our luxury quartz worktops are shock, scratch, and stain-resistant and are incredibly low maintenance, meaning they will have a longer lifespan in comparison to other materials such as granite.

With the added benefit of being stain-resistant, quartz is the ideal worktop for busy kitchens which endure regular mess (perfect for those with young children).

Quartz Worktop Cleaning

Quartz is more resistant to staining than other natural stone materials such as granite and marble. Therefore, maintaining your quartz kitchen worktop is pretty easy but, there are a few things you can do in order to keep it looking its best.

Implement basic daily cleaning

To give your worktops a daily freshen up, all you need is a soft cloth and a little bit of warm water – we recommend that you wipe down your quartz worktops after each use in order to mop up any spills and keep the worktop free of crumbs and dust.

Avoid harsh products

We recommend that you never use strong chemical cleaning products e.g. caustic soda, hydrochloric acid and paint stripper or harsh scourers on your quartz kitchen worktop to avoid damage. This also extends to bleach, which can affect the sealant that protects the surface, if left on for too long.

If there is an instance where warm water isn’t doing the trick, we recommend seeking professional advice to ensure your worktops remain in perfect condition.
