Cambrian Granite is able to deliver quartz worktops across the UK and once we have taken measurements of your kitchen, your new worktop will be installed within 7 days.

We offer a range of competitively priced materials and aim to keep costs as low as possible for our customers to make our worktops as affordable as possible.

When we create a quote for your quartz worktop, there are several things we consider.

• The price band that the material and colour fit into.
• The amount of material required.
  
  We calculate a price based on yield i.e. how many slabs are required to complete the work. For example, if your worktop is 1000mm x 1000mm and a slab is 1000mm x 800mm, we will need to use 2 slabs to complete the work.
  
  We will always try to maximise the usage of each slab to calculate the best price.
  
  
• Templating, fabricating and fitting costs, and your location.

We will always look at the most cost-effective solution when planning a quartz worktop to ensure we remain competitively priced.

We sell worktops for various uses, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and even outdoors. However, our material can also be used by our experienced fabricators to create unique products for different applications including fire hearths, shower trays, and sinks.

However, when choosing a quartz worktop it’s important to find a colour that fits your requirements. Each worktop colour can be used in various ways; so it’s always best to compare each colour with your needs, to find a colour that’s right for you!

Our fabricators can use multiple slabs of material to create worktops for even the largest kitchens; although, for the material itself, each size differs.

• Our granite is roughly 2.9m x 1.7m per slab
• A standard slab of quartz is 3m x 1.4
• Our “jumbo” sized quartz slabs are 3.2m x 1.55m
• Dekton come in slab sizes of 3.2m x 1.4m

No matter the size, we can use multiple slabs and always try to maximise the usage of each slab to offer our customers the best price.

Our experienced team works fast and efficiently to template your worktop as quickly as possible. Depending on the complexity of your project, a template for a quartz worktop can take anywhere between 1-3 hours to complete.

Cambrian Granite offers a range of thickness for the worktop materials that we supply.

• Dekton is available in thicknesses of 8mm, 12mm, and 20mm.
• Quartz is available in thicknesses of 12mm, 20mm, and 30mm.
• Granite is available in thicknesses of 20mm and 30mm.

There are also custom thicknesses available for your quartz worktop - speak to the team about your requirements and we’ll help find the right worktop size for you.

We create all of our quartz worktops bespoke to your requirements. Once you’re happy with our initial quote, we will book a template in. This is where we come to your home and measure using a laser to ensure we have the most accurate dimensions for your worktops. We have a current waiting list of 3 weeks (depending on the time of year).

After templating, we aim to fit within 7 days providing the template is signed off in time for production. The day before we fit your worktop you will receive a 2-hour time slot of when you can expect us to arrive the following day.

Our experienced fitters are able to fit quartz worktops between 2 - 4 hours.

When quoting for the delivery and fitting of your worktop, we take four aspects into consideration.

• The location of your project and distance for delivery.
• The requirements needed for templating.
• The cost to fabricate the worktop bespoke to your kitchens requirements.
• The requirements needed to safely fit your worktop.

Once all of these aspects have been considered you can expect a quote within 2 working days, ready to be signed off for us to start templating.
